Hot, Hazy, humid…rinse and repeat. The weather will be very
similar Saturday except for one subtle change. Winds will be more westerly instead
of southwesterly. That will allow
shoreline areas to warm up a bit more than previous days with low 90s possible
right down to the beach! An isolated storm is possible this weekend but most of
the state will stay dry. There is a
better chance for storms during the afternoon early next week as a big ridge of
high pressure starts to break down.
A Heat Advisory is in effect for Hartford, Tolland and
Windham Counties during the day Saturday with heat indicies near or just above
100 degrees.
