Some people consider Memorial Day weekend to be the unofficial start to summer. Not this year. Windsor Locks will challenge the daily record low maximum temperature at Windsor Locks of 48 degrees. Sunday is our transitional day with clouds breaking for some sun. But when it comes to this long weekend, we’re saving the best for last. Memorial Day is sunny and milder.
