We will be living on the
edge Thursday morning. It will be sunny
northeast of Connecticut and rainy southwest of the state. The unsettled
weather will slowly move in the next couple of days bringing increasing clouds
and the chance for a few showers. Once the warm front passes Saturday, the
floodgates will open, allowing warmth to surge into New England. This weekend
temperatures will soar into the 70s. By
early next week, a summer preview is forecast with the first 80 degree day of
the season.
Tonight: Partly cloudy.
Low: 40s.
Tomorrow: Becoming
mostly cloudy. Chance for a shower or two. High temperatures in the upper 50s
to middle 60s.
Friday: Mostly cloudy. Chance for a few showers. High
temperatures in the upper 50s to lower 60s.
Saturday: Warmer despite mostly cloudy skies. Chance for a
shower or thunderstorm. But most of the day will be dry. High temperatures in
the lower to middle 70s.
Sunday: Partly cloudy, very warm. High temperatures in the
middle to upper 70s right down to the shoreline.
Monday: A taste of early summer! High temperatures in the
mid 70s to near 80 degrees.
