Showers will become more numerous, steady and heavy
throughout the evening tonight. The
heaviest rain will come down between 10pm and 4 am. Don’t be surprised if you
hear a rumble of thunder! A Flash Flood Watch is in effect through early
Saturday morning. Minor flooding is possible of poor drainage/low lying areas
and small streams and creeks.
Luckily, rain will end before 8AM on Saturday followed by
clearing. After two muggy days, the air will be noticeably less humid and
refreshing over the weekend. Sunday will start off sunny with clouds bubbling
up as the day progresses. A shower or
sprinkle is possible in spots during the afternoon Sunday, Monday and Tuesday
with a cold pool of air in the upper level of the atmosphere.
