Average April!?

This may surprise you! A lot of people have been talking about how cold April was. But looking back at stats for last month show that impression was false. The average monthly temperature for Windsor Locks was 48.8 degrees. That’s only 0.8 degrees below average. Normal! Looking forward a new weather pattern begins in time for the start of the new month. The next few days will be mainly dry with temperatures in the 60s.  But each afternoon, there is a chance for a pop up shower in spots.

Tonight: Partly cloudy. 40s.

Tomorrow: Partly cloudy with the chance for an isolated pop up shower in the afternoon. High temperatures in the middle to upper 60s.

Saturday: Partly to mostly cloudy. Chance for a hit or miss afternoon shower but most of the day stays dry. High temperatures in the middle to upper 60s.

Sunday: Becoming mostly cloudy, chance for a few scattered showers and storms in the afternoon. Some of the storms could contain small hail. High temperatures in the lower to middle 60s.

Monday: Mostly sunny, cooler and windy. High temperatures in the upper 50s to lower 60s.

Tuesday: Breezy and sunny. High temperatures in the lower to middle 60s.
