After a great
summer-like weekend, the weather is heading downhill fast! Clouds will thicken
up tonight with temperatures staying in the 50s.
The first Tropical Storm of the season, Alberto is forecast to safely pass southeast of Connecticut. But the moisture out ahead of the storm will affect our weather the next few days. Monday will be cooler with lots of clouds and showers developing. Most of the shower activity will be during the afternoon and evening. The air will start to feel a bit more humid. Tuesday and Wednesday look mostly cloudy and warmer with scattered showers and thunderstorms.
For now Memorial Day weekend looks good for grilling! A shower or thunderstorm is possible Saturday afternoon but nothing that should ruin any of your outdoor plans. We’ll keep an eye on things for you as the weekend gets closer!
