Once again, the shoreline is getting hammered while inland locations are struggling to find snow. I was live in Hartford all morning where the snow was pathetic at best. There has been a really steep northern cut-off with many events this winter and it seems the cut-off went right through the state earlier today.
BUT I am still expecting 6"-12" of snow for most locations. Hartford may have been slow to start up, but once that coastal storm strengthens, so should the snow intensity! The city may end up staying towards the lower end of that 6"-12" range. The NW corner of Litchfield County should fall within 4"-8".
