This
weekend will get off to a damp and dreary start. Morning clouds, fog and
drizzle in spots will greet you Saturday morning. Clouds will break for some
sun, mainly in the afternoon with temperatures in the 70s. It will stay cooler
along the shore or parts of southeastern Connecticut (60s) where the clouds and
fog could linger all day. Summer warmth returns again just in time for Mother’s
Day. After a cloudy start, developing
sunshine will help temperatures soar into the 70s and 80s.
Tonight: Becoming cloudy with areas of
fog and drizzle. Low: 50s.
Tomorrow: Morning clouds and fog slowly break for some sun.
Not as warm. High: mid to upper 70s inland, upper 60s for the shoreline.
Sunday: Early clouds and fog give way to sunshine.
Warmer. High: low to mid 80s inland, low 70s for the shoreline.
