75-80 Inland, 64-70 Shore Tuesday
Although clouds and fog will start off the day, we expect increasing sunshine as a warm front moves north of Connecticut. This will allow southwesterly winds to transport milder air into the state. With the wind blowing over the Long Island Sound, shoreline temperatures will remain significantly cooler than inland locations. There will be more moisture in the air on Wednesday with variably cloudy skies and a shower. The cold front will rumble through on Thursday with showers and thunderstorms.
