2:00 AM Wake Up, shower, makeup, feed the cats
3:10 AM Out the Door
3:30 AM Arrive at FOX61, forecast, make graphics
4:30 AM On-air through 9: 30 AM EVERY 6 MINUTES!
You start to feel like a broken record after a while. But it's great to get out of work so early in the day. It's 10 AM and I don't have much left to do!

ReplyDeleteIt's not my normal schedule, just when I fill in for Joe. But it's his normal schedule!
ReplyDeleteNo the forecast barely changes every 6 minutes. But the current conditions can change. I guess the idea is that people don't have time to sit down and watch the news for a long period of time. This way they can tune in quickly and get the forecast.
